We put the cotton thread into the paper braid to have a multi colored look. We also add another color on brim edge to match the grosgrain color.
The PP braided hat we produce are breathable, lightweight, packable/foldable and “water resistance”. The PP braid is developed by our factory exclusively. The grosgrain band is removeable and we add three metal rivets on the crown.
The hat is made from paper yarn and PP yarn mixed to have this style packable more durability.
This style is made of the wheat straw braid and the trimming is from cotton fabric and beautiful Japanese floral.
